We have introduced a new feature in the CRM called the activity log. It allows the user to track how their contact performs according to each Landing Page, Email campaign or a Survey they fill. The function tracks each activity of the contact, this includes each click on a widget in a survey form, contact update in the CRM, etc.
To use the activity log, all you have to do is:
- Go to the CRM list to view all the lists mentioned under.
- Select and open a particular list you want to edit.
- Once redirected to the new window, select the contact under the list.
- The contact profile will show the Activity tab.
- The tab shows all the activity under it and you can use different filters to narrow down your search.
