Add pages to your Landing Page

Good news! We have introduced a new feature where you can now add pages to your Landing Page campaign; just like Survey. ‘Pages’ allows you to create elaborate Landing Page campaigns by adding several successive pages for your audience to look through.

To add pages to your landing page:

  • Click on Pages on the right side of the landing page builder.
  • Click on Add a Page and enter name and description for your page.
  • Once done, click on Save.

Subsequently, you can configure the CTA button to redirect your audience to another page.
You can do so by;

  • Defining button action and selecting Link to page.
  • Select page under drop-down menu.
  • Save

Likewise, you can also edit the submit button in the Signup Form widget.
All you have to do is;

  • Under Actions, define the Button Action and select Link to page.
  • Select page under drop-down menu.
  • Define other Signup form criteria and Save.

Note: The Home Page is stationary and you can neither delete nor change its order with respect to the rest of the pages. It will always stay as the primary page.

Change Language Setting

We are happy to announce that MainBrainer is now a multi-lingual platform. Apart from the default language (English), the users can now chose from Spanish and Norwegian. This helps our global audience to resonate with our product better.

To change the language, all you have to do is,

  • Under Let’s Get Started, click on Preferred Settings.
  • Click on Language to see the Drop-Down menu and select your preferred language.
  • Click on Done.

Stamp Card Widget

We have introduced a new widget in the Widget section for Landing Page called the Stamp Card widget. It works in sync with the Signup Form widget. The widget allows you to introduce an offer card for your target audience that they can access and avail. With the variety of custom options available under the settings, Stamp Card widget could prove to be a handy tool in devising a precise marketing strategy.

To use the widget, all you have to do is:

  • Go to Landing Page builder.
  • Create a multi-page campaign where you locate the Signup widget on one of the initial pages and then drag the Stamp Card widget on the page after that.
  • Once you drag-and-drop widget into the work area, you can edit the settings as per your requirements and Save Changes.

Activity Log for CRM

We have introduced a new feature in the CRM called the activity log. It allows the user to track how their contact performs according to each Landing Page, Email campaign or a Survey they fill. The function tracks each activity of the contact, this includes each click on a widget in a survey form, contact update in the CRM, etc.

To use the activity log, all you have to do is:

  • Go to the CRM list to view all the lists mentioned under.
  • Select and open a particular list you want to edit.
  • Once redirected to the new window, select the contact under the list.
  • The contact profile will show the Activity tab.
  • The tab shows all the activity under it and you can use different filters to narrow down your search.

Visibility Settings for Getting Started Steps

You can now enable/disable the steps visible under Getting Started. Earlier, these steps were locked during the time of registration and could not be changed or edited. It allows you to select which steps appear on the home page and which don’t.

To do so;

  • Under the username, click on My Account.
    Access My Account module by clicking on this highlighted option under Username dropdown menu
  • Once redirected, select Getting Started.
  • You can now select the steps that you want to appear on the home page.

Survey unique responses, Export Unique Response Insight

We have released two new features for Survey;

  • Unique responses in Survey
  • Export unique responses

1. Unique responses in Survey: Available in Survey settings, it lets you get unique responses on your survey. Thus, the responses will allow you to get true performance insights and plan your marketing strategy.

To do so;

  • In the Survey builder work area, click on Settings.
  • Now, click on Survey Settings to open the settings underneath.
  • Turn on the icon under Unique response required, and type your Unique response message.

    Note: Once enabled, the audience can only fill the survey once. Meanwhile, all the other widgets used in the survey will remain interactive.

2. Export unique responses: Sometimes, a user hasn’t enabled Unique response required during survey creation but still wants insights for unique responses. They can now get these insights easily.

To do so;

  • Under Survey Insights, select from the list of surveys you want the unique response insight for.
  • Once redirected, click on Export and then Export Unique Responses.

  • The Downloads list will show the survey ready for downloading.

  • Click on Download and you can study the insights for future strategies.

Note: The Unique response insight will not show any anonymous responses that would be available in general insights.

NPS Widget for Survey

We have now released an NPS widget for Survey. Users can now use the functionalities of NPS widget for Survey just like they did earlier for landing page and email campaigns.

To do so:

  • Simply open the Survey builder area and drag the NPS widget into the work area.
  • You can then proceed to edit the widget as you like.

Show/Hide Condition for Signup Form

We have introduced a new feature in Signup widget, called the Show/Hide Condition. Available under Settings for the Signup Widget, the feature works in correlation with the “Fields” setting. It is a type of “If-then” statement and offers the user an elaborate design element for their email, or landing page campaign.

To use the feature:

  • Define Fields for your signup form and select Hide Field for each according to your requirement.

  • Go to Conditions and click on Show/Hide Field.

  • Select Field from the drop-down menu and define its ‘If’ condition.
  • Select the Action under Perform Action according to your preference.
  • Pick the field you want the action to be performed on and Save.

Add Attachment to Email Campaign

You can now attach/upload files with your email campaigns. These files could be of any type: A picture, video, excel sheet, doc, etc.

It allows you to be more thorough and effective with your email campaigns.

To do so:

  • Under Send Email, follow steps to Select Recipients and fill Email Details.
    Add email campaign details while sending your email campaigns
  • Once you’ve filled your Email Details like Sender Name, Pre Header, etc, you can upload your files in the box below.

  • After uploading your files, simply Continue to proceed with the rest of the steps.

Note: The total Email Campaign size can be of up to 30MB. Also, you can attach 10 files at a time.

Quick Import and Copy Paste Recipients in Email sendings

You can now Quick Import and Copy Paste Recipients in Email sendings. This allows you to quicken up your Email sending.

All you have to do is…

For Quick Import:

  • Under Email Recipients in Send, click on Quick Import.

  • Drag-and-drop your CSV/XLS file in the platform.

    Note: You can Download Sample Sheet to design your file in the same acceptable format.

  • Your List will be visible with the total number of records.

For Copy Paste Recipients:

  • Under Email Recipients, click on Copy Paste Recipients.

  • Now copy all the contacts from the source and paste them in the text box in the platform.

  • Proceed with the rest of the Send Email process.

    Note:

    • You can copy-paste a maximum of 14k records in the text box.
    • Also, remember to click on checkbox “I Agree” for Quick Import and Copy-Paste to import your list of emails.

Autofill Form data in Signup Widget

We have introduced a new feature in Signup widget for both Landing page and Survey editors called Autofill Form data. When selected, the Signup widget will auto fill the form of those contacts whose data is already stored in the CRM.

To use the feature:

  • Open the landing page or survey editor.
  • Drag and drop the Signup widget into the work area.
  • Under Settings, go to Actions and select Autofill Form Data.
  • Save Changes when you’re done editing.

Note: Autofill feature is only available when you’re using Unique URLs during SMS Sending.

Quick Import and Copy Paste Recipients In SMS Sending

You can now Quick Import and Copy Paste Recipients in SMS sendings. This allows you to quicken up your SMS sending.

All you have to do is…

For Quick Import:

  • Under SMS Recipients in Send, click on Quick Import.

SMTP Configuration and Insights for Your Email Campaigns

We have introduced SMTP Configuration under Configuration in our platform. This means you can send your email campaigns much faster and in larger numbers.

What’s more? You also get thorough data of your SMTP emails through our SMTP insights.

All you have to do is:

  • Under your username on the upper right-hand side click on Configuration.
    Configuration option is highlighted to access SMTP configuration settings for your email campaigns
  • You’ll be redirected to a new window with SMTP Configuration on the top menu bar.

  • Click on SMTP Configuration and you’ll see your user details like username, password, SMTP port, etc.

  • You can use these details to set up your SMTP portal and start sending your email campaigns.
  • To access your SMTP email data, click on Insights on the left and go to Email.

  • Enter the period for which you want the data and click on Export.

Receive a copy functionality introduced in Signup Widget

We have launched a new feature in the signup widget. It allows you to receive data under the signup widget in your email inbox. This way you can stay up-to-date on who signs up through your campaign.

  • Once you drag the Signup Widget into the work area, the settings will show on the right side of the screen.
  • Click on the Receive copy option.
  • Fill the email ids where you want to receive the data (you can use a maximum of five emails at a time).
  • Fill the email subject and email body that you’d want to see and Save Changes.

    Note: Fill the email ids with a comma and no space.

    Note: To use this functionality, new users must verify their email id under Email Campaign through Reply To function.

Enter Webhook URL to Send Campaign Data

We have introduced a new feature in the Signup widget where you can now enter a Webhook URL to send your signup data on it. Earlier, the data used to be stored in the Mainbrainer CRM.

Now, the user can store the data in the CRM and send it to their desired location through webhook as well.

  • When creating a landing page or a survey, drag the Signup widget into the work area.
  • Under Actions, click on Send data to webhook.
  • Now enter the Webhook URL.
  • Click on the + sign to add more URLs (you can add a maximum of three Webhook URLs).

Radio and Checkbox button Custom Fields Introduced in CRM and Signup Widget

We have released a new feature where you can now create new custom fields with Radio and Checkbox button options. You can use these custom fields in signup widgets while creating a landing page or a survey.

The new feature allows you to offer more options to your audience while filling the signup form.

  • All you have to do is Create a Custom Field in CRM like before.
  • Once you add a suitable name and select the option, you can define the criteria under.
  • Now go to the landing page or survey editor and pick the Signup Widget.
  • Under Settings, go to Fields and Add a Field. You’ll see your custom field with radio or checkbox button under the list.

Notes Introduced in CRM

We have introduced a new feature in the CRM contacts called Notes. These notes work like any other notes feature and they enable you to write notes for each contact stored in the CRM.

These notes are linked to each contact individually and cannot be sent or transferred. You can edit and delete them as and when you like.

  • Open any list in CRM lists.

  • Open a contact in a particular CRM list.

  • You’ll see Notes on the top menu bar.

Limit on the number of Signups

We have introduced a new feature called Signup Limiter under the signup form widget. The feature allows you to limit the number of signups through your landing page or survey. What’s more? You can set the signup limiter for daily, weekly, or custom counts. The counter will reset according to your preferred choice.

  • When creating a landing page or a survey, drag the Signup widget into the work area.
  • Under Actions, click on Limit number of signups.
  • Now, Select form counter for custom, daily, or weekly options.
  • Click on Save Changes.

Note: The signup limiter will start once you remove the watermark from the landing page or survey.

Fix Improvement CRM

You can now export Failed Imported Contacts

The CRM Import Status window used to keep loading due to immense amount of CRM data stored by the user.

FIX: The CRM Import Status window loads up much faster and with success. On top of it, you can now export those contacts that weren’t imported due to some issue within each contact list i.e., Duplicates, Invalid, etc.

All you have to do is:

  • Click on three dot icon next to the contact list and click Import Details.
    Access Import details option is highlighted under the 3 dots menu under CRM import status module
  • Click on Export to export the failed contacts.

  • Once the new window with all the failed contact open, you can download them according to your preference.
